Countdown to 13 - Day 9

As a 7 year old Hannah was  a good natured and well rounded kid.  She developed interests in movie making and acting.  She would take her younger brother and sister and assign them parts and make them act out a play.  I remember Corey and her arguing because she insisted he do the plays and he didn't want to.  So she would bribe him to get him to go along with it.  At 7 she was still playing with Barbies and loved Hannah Montana.  She was in a 2nd/3rd grade combined class.  It was a good thing for her since she was only in 2nd grade and was able to be challenged.  She had 2 wonderful teachers and loved school!

Hannah did a science project about the solar system.  I think this is when she was still in first grade, though.

We went to visit Grandmommy over Spring Break and went down to the beach. Even though it was not warm enough for bathing suits, we had fun climbing the lighthouse and playing in the sand.

On vacation that year, Hannah got to have a makeover and "Libby Lou."  It was a perfect place for her!

Hannah loved to read.  I love this picture of her reading to Allie.

 First day of 2nd grade!

By the time Hannah started 2nd grade we were getting really close to finishing the house.  This is Hannah's room.  She picked out the color and helped paint.

Hannah lost her first tooth the last week we lived in our old house.

Hannah's early "movie making" included this Barbie concert.  She set them in various poses and took pictures.

For Hannah's 8th birthday, she had a makeover party at Mrs. Connie's and had two friends sleepover.

Hannah with her friends...they had a blast!

Oh, yeah, and days before Hannah turned 8, we had quite a surprise for her...she was going to be a big sister...again.
